The directional amber LED additional lights (arrows) are intended for e.g. marking a stationary vehicle or when working on the road.

They are also suitable for use e.g. when marking various objects obstructing traffic when working on the road.

It sets requirements so in-vehicle devices limit electromagnetic emissions and have adequate immunity to interference.
