LED warning lights for radiator grilles

LED grille lights supplement a vehicle's main warning equipment with a low-mounted, directional light signal. The range includes individual slim lights and sets of two, four, six or eight modules in amber, blue, red and combined red-blue versions. Depending on the model, they operate at 12V, 12–24V or 10–30V, provide between one and twenty warning patterns and, on rugged slim versions, IP68 protection. Check the grille opening dimensions, supply voltage, number of modules, synchronisation options and approval of the exact colour and pattern. ECE R10 covers electromagnetic compatibility, while ECE R65 is relevant to approved light performance; some products have R10 only. Mount the modules without restricting airflow to the radiator, aim them horizontally in the required direction and use fused power and weatherproof connections. The grille must not significantly obscure the light output. Blue, red and combined warning lights are restricted to authorised vehicles under the applicable regulations.

Choose the colour according to the vehicle's purpose and authorisation. Amber modules provide work warnings, blue is for authorised emergency vehicles, and combined sets support specific multi-colour installations.
