Programmable time switch with two MOSFET transistors. The module has a wide range of possible settings and retains the set parameters even when the power is disconnected. Switching off is indicated by an LED. The circuit can control, for example, dispensers, packaging equipment, any rotating machines, lights and other electronics in the home workshop or in operation.

Specifications:

Supply voltage: 5 - 30 VDC.

Trigger pulse: 3-24V

Package contents:

1x Time delay switch with MOSFET

DDC-431 module functions:

P1.1 - When a signal is applied to the input, the output switches on for T2 time, after countdown it switches off ( when the signal is applied again, nothing and still counting down)

P1.2 - When a signal is applied to the input, the output switches on for the time T2, after the countdown it switches off ( after the signal is applied again, T2 is reset and the countdown starts again)

P1.3 - After the signal is applied to the input, the output switches on for the time T2, after the countdown it switches off ( after the signal is applied again the countdown stops)

P2 - After the signal is applied to the input, the first countdown T1 is started, then the output to T2 is switched on

P3.1 - After the signal is applied to the input, the output on T2 is switched on, followed by a pause T3 and the whole process is repeated (loop) according to the number of set repetitions, the whole sequence is switched off after the output is switched on again or after the countdown of set cycles L1

P3.2, like P3.1, does not need to switch on automatically but the countdown starts automatically after setting the times and cycles

P4 Same as 1.1 but switches on when the signal is disconnected, i.e. the signal is connected (voltage) and the output switches on when disconnected

Adjustable parameters:

T1) delay time 0.1s-999min

T2) switching time 0.1s-999min

T3) pause time 0.1s-999min

Instructions

Program 1.1 When a signal is applied to the trigger, the relay supplies power to the consumer for a set period of time, then the relay turns off the power.

Program 1.2 When a signal is applied to the trigger, the relay supplies power to the appliance for a set period of time, then the relay turns off the power. A repeated signal can restart the countdown.

Program 1.3 When a signal is applied to the trigger, the relay supplies power to the consumer for a set period of time, then the relay turns off the power. By repeating the signal, you can turn off the power to the appliance in advance.

Program 2. When the signal is applied to the trigger, the set time CL starts, then the relay switches on for the set time OP, after the time is up, the relay switches off.

Program 3.1. When a signal is applied to the trigger, the relay turns on for the OP time, then turns off for the CL time, then turns on again. You can set a certain number of inclusions or infinite work.

Program 3.2. When power is applied, the relay will turn itself on (without a trigger) for the OP time, then turn itself off for the CL time, then turn itself back on. You can set a certain number of inclusions or infinite work.

Program 4. Trip delay. When the power to the trigger is turned off, the relay starts counting the time, after the time has elapsed, the relay turns off the power to the appliance
