Shrink wrapping is used for mechanical and electrical protection of wire connections in climatically demanding environments. Shrinking is carried out with hot air at a temperature in the range of 120-200 °C or with a soft yellow flame. After shrinking, the inner diameter of the strips drops to 1/2 of the original diameter. The temperature resistance of the material after cooling is from -55 °C to +105 °C.

Technical parameters:

- internal diameter before shrinkage: 3,6 ± 0,4 mm

- wall thickness before shrinkage: 0,25 ± 0,05 mm

- internal ø after shrinkage: 1,72 ±0,2 mm

- wall thickness after shrinkage: 0,35 ±0,05 mm

- for conductors: 1.85 - 3.2 mm

- shrinkage ratio: 2:1

- colour: red

- package: 1 m
