The actual torque setting is done by turning the handle, where the set value is clearly readable on the scale and is fixed by a locking ring at the end of the handle.
The wrench is of robust construction, it can handle any heavy duty job. The actual achievement of the set torque is indicated by a distinct click in the ratchet mechanism.
