Combination of fog lights and daytime running lights. Suitable e.g. for replacement of original fog lights and subsequent use also for daytime running lights. The lights are equipped with electronics that ensure that the daytime running lights are automatically switched on when the ignition is switched on and off when the vehicle's position lights are switched on.

Connection to the original fog light switch
If you will be wiring the lights instead of the original fog lights, proceed as follows: Do not insert the switch into the socket at all, but only apply current to the red wire from the socket to the switch when the original fog light switch is switched on. The other wires from the switch socket remain unconnected.
