The spray gun is used for painting work. Compressed air is necessary for the proper functioning of the gun. The paint in the gun's reservoir and the compressed air supplied to the gun create a mixture of paint particles and air at the gun nozzle outlet.

Use a wrench to tighten the nozzle. Check the connections of the compressed air supply system for leaks and tightness. Blow out the air supply hose before connecting it to the system. Make sure the gun has been properly cleaned and maintained before using it. Ensure that the container is connected to the coating material so that it is properly sealed.

The width and shape of the spray pattern can be changed by rotating the air nozzle. The shape of the jet can be infinitely adjusted from flat to round to suit your needs. The amount of coating material fed into the air stream is adjusted by the coating material quantity control knob. On the other hand, the intensity of the coating material/air mixture is adjusted by the spray control knob. It is recommended to adjust the flow of the mixture to obtain the smallest possible particles of coating material, which will ensure better distribution of the coating material on the surface.

When using the gun, the distance between the gun outlet and the surface to be coated should be between 10 and 15 cm. Try to keep the gun outlet perpendicular to the surface to be coated. Avoid arcing movements which would cause uneven distribution of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin coats instead of one thick coat.

Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air should be selected by adjusting the air pressure control knob.

Always remember to replace the entire nozzle set. The kit contains the coating material nozzle, needle and air nozzle.

Check the needle housing for leaks during operation. If there is significant wear, the seal should be replaced using a wrench to remove the packing assembly during a periodic inspection of the gun.
