The Eltrinex LS500 GPS car camera is equipped with a proven quick-release magnetic mount with power supply, based on the LS400 model, which was the winner of the benchmark test of the UAMK assistance service. The mount has a power supply, eliminating the need to constantly plug and unplug the power cable. Simply insert the camera into the holder, the power supply is automatically activated and recording starts, and when the camera is disconnected from the holder, the recording stops and the camera is switched off.
The camera is also equipped with a GPS receiver. It can display the current speed of the vehicle, monitor and warn of its exceeding (with preset reserve) and inform about the direction of travel (north, northeast, etc.).

POI detection is a new feature that alerts drivers to locations where police checks, static cameras, etc. are present. In addition to these alerts, the Eltrinex LS500 GPS camera can also alert drivers to railroad crossings, increasing driver attention at these high-risk locations.
Intelligent lane detection features elevate the Eltrinex LS500 GPS from a passive traffic recorder to an active driver assistant. The camera can inform the driver of a lane departure by means of an audible alarm, thereby preventing a crash caused by, for example, microsleep.
Thanks to the WDR technology and newly redesigned optics, the image quality and sharpness of the recorded video in a resolution of up to 2K has been improved. The legibility of traffic signs and clarity of the traffic situation makes it easy to detect the culprit of a traffic accident or other recorded incident. The camera is also equipped with a "night vision" function, increasing the image quality in low light situations to achieve the highest possible recording quality (e.g. twilight, tunnel passage, etc.). Of course, high quality audio recording is also available. The camera supports memory cards up to 64GB.
The Eltrinex LS500 GPS camera has a wide range of useful features. It can save the date and time in the video, both directly in the recording and in the name of the saved file. This makes videos easy to archive and search. Recording can be done in a loop. Older recordings are overwritten by newer ones in this mode, so there is no need to think about filling up the card and deleting videos. Important video can be protected against overwriting at the touch of a button. The shock detection function can also be activated, and the video is then automatically protected against overwriting as soon as a shock or impact is detected (for example, if a crash occurs). Other functions: cyclic recording, record lock, etc.
