The Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) helps to monitor the vehicle's blind spot area using 2 24GHz microwave sensors and detects if any moving object enters the blind spot area and alerts the driver with 2 LED indicators and 1 buzzer to avoid a potential collision.

Technical parameters

- Power supply voltage: 12 V

- Detection distance: max. 12m

- Detection principle: ISM 24GHz

System functions

- During driving, the 24GHz microwave sensors monitor the blind spot all the time. If there are objects approaching within the detection range, the LED indicator will trigger a 3-second signal. The left LED indicates an object in the left area monitored by the left sensor, the right LED indicates an object in the right area monitored by the right sensor. The detection range is 5 to 12 meters with an angle of 54 degrees.

- Anti-collision lane change warning: If the system detects any moving object entering the detection zone while driving, the LED indicator on the same side of the detection zone will light up for 3s;

If you turn on the turn signals on the same side at this time, a buzzer will sound for 3s to warn the driver that it is dangerous to change lanes. The LED indicator will flash.

- Anti-collision warning before opening the door: the system continues to operate for a further 15s after the ignition is switched off.

During these 15s, the system will detect any approaching object, the LED indicator will flash and the buzzer will sound for 3s to prevent injury to persons exiting the vehicle.
